How do I make a booking?
- More than seven days before you travel: Pay a 20% deposit to secure your reservation online. The remaining 80% balance is due seven days before the trip and can be paid earlier if you prefer.
- Seven days or fewer before travel: Full payment is required when booking.
Payment is made in Thai baht through Stripe’s secure online payment system. After the required payment is received, we will ask you to complete an online form with your group’s details.
Is the Lazy Phi Phi and Khai trip available every day?
The trip normally operates daily, subject to space, weather, park rules and marine conditions. Message us on WhatsApp with your preferred date before making firm plans.
Are hotel transfers included?
Shared return transfers are included from covered Phuket areas. Exact pickup time and any extra-area charge are confirmed from your hotel location.
What ages qualify for the child price?
The child price applies from ages 4 to 11. Please tell us the children’s ages when checking your date.
What is a full Lazy Phi Phi day like?
It combines Phi Phi Don, Monkey Bay, lunch, Maya Bay, Pileh Lagoon and a final Khai Island beach stop on a later-start programme.
What kind of boat is used?
The trip uses a speed catamaran with more space to move around than a standard speedboat.
Is Maya Bay access guaranteed?
No. Access can change with national-park rules, sea conditions and temporary conservation closures.
Are paddle boards and clear kayaks included?
They are included where the route and operating conditions allow. The team decides which activities are safe on the day.
Can non-swimmers join?
Yes. Beach and sightseeing time can still be enjoyed. Tell the team before departure and only enter the water where you feel comfortable.
Is the trip suitable for everyone?
The trip is not suitable during pregnancy or for children under one. Guests with medical, mobility or other suitability concerns, and older travellers, should check with us before booking.
What is the luggage allowance for the hotel transfer?
A THB 200 transfer charge applies to each bag larger than 20 inches. Please tell us in advance if you will bring a large bag.
